Terms and Conditions 

Dear Customer,

Your order that you place with us is subject to certain certain terms & conditions which You must Agree before you place the order.

 1. Verification: Home Sky Shop will process your order after verifying your contact and payment details.

2. Order Acceptance: Home Sky Shop reserves the right to accept or reject your order in case certain things are beyond our policies and inform you by email regarding the confirmation/rejection of your order.

3. Account Registration: Only members can order from our online shop by registering/ signing in as a member and approving the terms & conditions of Home Sky Shop. For being a member you should be at least 18 years of age. However minors need not get disappointed. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but minimum 13 years of age you may place your order under the supervision of your parents or legal guardian who agrees with the Terms & conditions. Home Sky Shop reserves the rights to cancel your membership and disallow you to use the Site, if any critical act is found against the company. In future the site will not be available to a person whose membership has been terminated by Home Sky Shop for any reason.

4. Availability of ordered Products: All orders will be accepted and processed as per stock availability. If the products ordered by you are out of stock, we will contact you within 7 days from the date of your order. Later, if those products become available in stock, we will communicate a new delivery date to you or, with your agreement, we may be able to supply you with substitute goods. If we have received payment from you for goods out of stock, or you do not wish to wait for goods, and/or decline our offer of substitute goods, we will refund the amount paid, within 7 days of receiving your reply.

 5. Order Delivery: We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. With our best efforts we will deliver your order within 5 to 6 working days of Shipping. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, but we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that goods are delivered 8 days of Shipping.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. You can track your delivery status on the respective courier website through AWB no. which will be sent to your email by us.You may also check your order status by logging in your account or contact our customer service for any enquiry.

6. Mode of Payment : Home sky shop is open 24X7 and you can place your order just about any time. You can pay via Master or visa Credit card and debit card. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details provided by you for the purpose of ordering products from us are correct and that you have the necessary credit limits and/or authority to use the credit or debit card you present to us.Cash On Delivery is available at select cities at an additional charge of Rs. 90/-. Please check the List of cities on Home Page Menu on top.

7. Return & Refund Policy:  

Return Policy

we offer a flexible and easy return policy.

You are liable to get a full refund of money in case:

  • We have shipped a completely wrong product.
  • There is a manufacturing defect OR The merchandise has been damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

a) If you realize that the package is damaged before accepting the delivery, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform us at info@homeskyshop.com.
b) If you have accepted the delivery, and then realized that the package is damaged, please feel free to get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the package and send us the product. In case we don't have stock at that point of time we will issue a credit note for the amount paid.You can use it to buy any other product from our website.

What if the product received is Good But I still wish to return it?

Yes you can still return it within 10 days from receipt and can purchase any other product of the same value. However, If the product weight is more than 2 Kgs the shipping cost will be deducted. Also, the product needs to meet the below conditions for retun and exchange:

Conditions for return:

  • In case you wish to Return the product:Please notify about the return withing 48 hours of receipt with a written mail to us. The product should be received by us in an unused, undamaged and  good condition. In case the product returned is damaged, Home sky shop will not be liable to provide an exchange or refund of any amount paid by you.
  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery. No Refund Request/Returns will be accepted if not intimated withing 48 hours of receiving the product. You have to mail us at info@homeskyshop.com
  • Products/Items should be UNUSED.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene regulations.

Condition of Items:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. They must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi- item pack may not be returned individually. We will send a replacement in case stocks are available or else issue online credits which can be redeemed against future purchases. There will be no cash refunds.The refundable amount will be credited to your account at homeskyshop.com to be used for future purchase from the site.The products will have to be shipped by you to our address.

Refunds:

Refund will be processed only in case a product is received in a damaged state and we do not have stock of the product to provide a replacement within 7 days.

We will process the refund after receipt of the product with no further damage. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order

  • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 10 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
  • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
  • For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.

8. Cancellation of the order:

a. Cancellation by Home Sky Shop

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Home Sky Shop and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.

2. Cancellation by You

 Only after confirmation from You and on the basis of your consent, written or verbal, we place the order with the brand. Thus cancelling the order is a double loss of revenue for us. In such a case we need a written email from you stating the order number and the reason for cancellation. After receiving that email, Home Sky Shop will take a decision. 

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Home Sky Shop and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellation in COD Cases:

We will appreciate if you inform us in advance in case you do not wish to accept the COD order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

Please note: Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Home Sky Shop and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.

Please Note: No Cancellations/Returns/Refunds will be accepted if the product delivered is as per the product specifications mentioned.

 

9.Products under Warranty - In case any product has a technical problem within the warranty period, then the same will be either repaired and Resent or will be replaced on case to case basis. You have to send us an email, describing the problem.

After receiving that email, Home Sky Shop will take a decision.
