Returns, Cancellations and Refund

If a Damaged Item is received:

We at Homeskyshop.com take enough efforts and care to ensure that the orders are delivered to you exactly as ordered. However, since the products are shipped through logistic partners/courier/Post, there could be a possibility of receiving damaged items. In such a case, a complete replacement will be provided with no extra cost. You will have to inform us within 48 hours of delivery via mail or call. Homeskyshop.com will arrange for a pick up wherever pickup facility is available. At other places you will have ship the product back to us at the given address.

Cancellation of Order

For Cancellation of Paid Orders Before shipping: If the order is cancelled before it has been shipped, the total amount less 3% transaction charges will be refunded within 8 working days after receiving the mail.


The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

If you wish to return the product after receiving it, You can do so subject to the below conditions:

  • Conditions for return:

1. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.

2. Products/Items should be UNUSED.

3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit. No Refund/replacement will be given if any damage is caused to the product.


5. No returns will be accepted for products in the below category:

1. innerwear

2. Swimwear

3. Shapewears

4. Beauty and fragrances

5.  Accessories

6. Skin and Hair Care

7. Jewellery



Refund will be given only in cases where we do not have the item in stock for a replacement within 7 days of receiving returns.
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Homeskyshop.com or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order

1. Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 10 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.

2. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.

3. For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.

4. 5 % Cancellation charges and shipping and handling charges incurred by Homeskyshop.com will be deducted from the Refund value.


No Refund will be given if the item did not have any defect as claimed or if the item received is found used or Damaged.




Cancellation in COD Cases:

We will appreciate if you inform us in advance in case you do not wish to accept the COD order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

Please note: Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Home Sky Shop and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.
